The charitable food system distributes billions of pounds of food each year. Yet millions of people remain food insecure — not because food doesn't exist, but because the infrastructure connecting people to food has never been built. When we look at our data across millions of pantry visits, we see something consistent: the barrier is almost never supply. It's information, access, and coordination.
